Green leafy vegetables (morning glory, spinach, chines cabbage etc)
Tofu or soya bean paste (miso)
Salt and soya sauce
Heat up a frying pan with a bit of water. Add the tomatoes and cook for two minutes. Add the tofu and the rest of the vegetables and cook uncovered for a few more minutes. At the end of cooking, add the salt, soya sauce and sugar. You can add cold-pressed coconut oil or olive oil in your plate.
