Carrot salad

For one person:

Ingredients:

2 carrots
1 tomato
1/2 cabbage
1 yellow pepper
Any green leafy vegetable

For the dressing:

Lemon
Salt
Soya sauce
Ground black sesame seeds
Coconut/olive oil

Grate the carrots and cabbage and cut the tomatoes, pepper and leafy vegetables. Add each ingredient separately for the dressing. Enjoy!
