Ingredients:
For 4 people
8 potatoes
4 sweet potatoes
1 green pepper
5 tomatoes
1 piece of tofu (optional)
Ground mustard seeds
Hing
Cumin seeds
Curry powder
Salt
Boil the potatoes and sweet potatoes until well cooked. Remove the skin and mash them. Mix the spices in a separate bowl. Heat up a frying pan with no oil, and add a little bit of water. Add the diced tomatoes, pepper and spices. After the tomatoes have melted, add the mashed potatoes and mix well.
